What is your return policy for online purchases?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately with any issues so that we can make it right. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your shipment so that we may authorize a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Once we have received the items in their original condition, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment. We strongly recommend that you return any items via a registered trackable service and obtain and retain proof of posting as we do not accept responsibility for items that fail to arrive with us. It can take some time for your credit card company or bank to process and post the refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. We do not accept returns or refunds on furniture, perishable items and sale items.
What is your in-store return policy?
For purchases made in the store, we will offer a return for a full refund with a receipt within 14 business days. Returns made after 14 days will receive in store credit in the form of a digital gift card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns made without a receipt. Do you offer in-store pick-up?
We are happy to offer in-store pickup for orders placed online. Place your order online and choose pickup at checkout. Please wait for an email confirming that your order is ready — typically in 1-2 days. Swing by during our regular shop hours to get your goods.
How long does an order take to arrive?
When you place an online order, we take great care in packaging your items as quickly as possible. You will be able to see the details of the purchase, follow its preparation, and see shipping updates with most orders arriving within 2-5 business days. Once an order leaves our shop, carrier shipping delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Contacting the carrier is the best way to get more insight into your package’s location and estimated delivery date. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.
Why don't you offer free shipping?
We have a curated selection of goods available in our online shop. We understand that free shipping is offered by many retailers these days. Nevertheless, we trust that you'll see the nominal fee for utilizing services like UPS, FedEx, and USPS as a valuable contribution to sustaining a small business from a distance.
I saw an item I love on your Instagram, but I can't find it online. Can I still order it?
