Born from a pile of our scraps and filled with millet and calming lavender. Cover is removable and washable. Comfort Packs are made with 100% linen. Handmade in Denver, CO

Directions: Place in microwave for 30 second intervals, max of 1 minute and 30 seconds, do not over heat. For a cool down: Place in the freezer 30 mins (and for up to 24 hrs) before use for increased cooling and calming effect.
